Feel/Object: Emotion-Interactive Art Experience

1. The workshop is conducted in Cantonese. One ticket per person. Suitable for ages 6 and above.
2. Limited quota is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservation required, no walk-in registration.
3. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time and present the e-ticket for registration.
4. In accordance with Section 18, 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of personal data. The personal data you provide by means of this registration will be kept as records of this project only. Request for personal data access and correction should be addressed to Hong Kong Arts Development Council (the Organiser) by email: [email protected].
5. Participants may be captured in photos or video-recordings during the event. The materials may be saved and uploaded to the Organiser, Partners, and the artist(s)’ websites, social media platforms, publications and/or publicity materials. All photos and videos will be used for promotional purposes only.
6. For participants’ safety, if any emergency situations happen during the programme (e.g. adverse weather, accidents or disturbances), the programme may be suspended, postponed or cancelled immediately depending on the actual conditions. In case of any emergency or if you feel unwell, please seek assistance from our on-site staff immediately.
7. Please understand that your participation is done at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you shall assume all risk or injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge the Organiser, the Partners from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with your participation, whether arising out of the Organiser and the Partners’ negligence or otherwise.
8. HKADC reserves the right to decide and alter the operation of the activities at its own discretion. Should there be any changes or cancellations, please follow our latest updates on website and social media platforms.

1. A confirmation email with the e-ticket will be sent to you upon successful application. Please check the junk mailbox if necessary.
2. Upon confirmation of registration and payment, the fee is non-refundable in case of absence or withdrawal. If the event is cancelled, the full fee will be refunded via Popticket.
3. The information provided will be used by the Organiser for contact and programme promotion.

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above, or the Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is in force within 3 hours before the activity begins, the activity will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled. Any fee paid will be automatically refunded in full via Popticket to the original payment account within one month.
2. The programme may be suspended or cancelled immediately depending on the actual weather conditions. Participants will receive a notification email from the Organiser. Please stay tuned for any updates on the Facebook page and Instagram (@arts.tech.exhibition).
3. The Organiser proceeds with the event based on weather conditions and ensures safety and reserves the right to cancel the activity in severe weather.

In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
