Tsang Hing-ling

Tsang Hing-ling (aka Ling Ling Ling) was born in Hong Kong in the 1970s. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a degree in Fine Arts at the turn of the century. He is one of the co-founders of “Harbour Records”. Recently, he has been focusing on angling and painting fish, and self-published his first art book, Fish in Hong Kong Volume I  in 2023. A book launch cum art exhibition was held in the Form Society.

    1. The event is suitable for people aged 5 or above. However, eligible participants aged below 12 must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian.
    2. Limited quota will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
    3. An amount of HKD$50 shall be paid as deposit. The full deposit shall be refunded upon completion of the programme.
    4. Please wear suitable clothes for water-colouring during the event.
    5. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time and bring along the confirmation e-mail for registration.
    6. Please do not eat and drink during the event.
    7. There is no parking and storage services. Please avoid bringing bulk belongings.
    8. In accordance with Section 18, 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and request correction of personal data. The personal data you provide by means of this registration will be kept as records of this project only.
    9. Participants may be captured in photos or video-recordings during the programme. The materials may be saved and uploaded to the organiser(s)’, partners(s) and the artist(s)’ websites, social media platforms, publications and/or publicity materials. All photos and videos will be used for promotion purpose only.
    10. For participants’ safety, if any emergency situations happen during the programme (e.g. adverse weathers, accidents or disturbances), the programme may be suspended or cancelled immediately depending on the actual conditions. If there is any emergencies or if you feel unwell, please seek assistance from our on-site staff immediately.
    11. Please understand that your participation is done at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you shall assume all risk or injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge the organiser(s) from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with your participation, whether arising out of the organiser(s)’ negligence or otherwise.
    12. Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) reserves the right to decide and alter the operation of the activities at its own discretion. Should there be any changes or cancellations, please follow our latest updates on website and social media platforms.
       
    1. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful application with payment instructions. Please check the junk mailbox if necessary.
    2. Upon confirmation of payment, applicants are not eligible for refund of deposit if they were absent or wish to withdraw from the event.
  • Typhoon Signal No.8 or above and Red & Black Rainstorm Warning Signal

    • If the signal is hoisted before 10:00 a.m., all on-date programmes will be cancelled.
    • If the signal will be hoisted during the activities, all on-date programmes will be cancelled. Visitors will be advised to leave the site under safe circumstances.
    • If the programme is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, no substitute time slots will be provided.
